My name is Javad, a student at PNU from Iran. I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate. A person 
interested in deep conversations is more welcome :).
The house is very close to the PNU (3-4 minutes away from the main gate), has easy access to the NC store, coffee shops, ..., suitable for students and those who are in the PNU area. It has 3 rooms, kitchen, terrace, and bathroom as shown in the pictures. The rent is 300 K per person with deposite of 2 M. The bills should be paid separately. Wifi is free.
